The Managers are the main go between for directors and our staff. They will coordinate all activities in a manner that streamlines communication from the bottom to the top of the organization. These positions are for motivated team members who have excellent communication skills and can execute directions in high stress environments. Managing regions of Ambassadors with coordinating departments and logistics is your core function.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a BS/BA in communications, marketing, or business preferred
- 2 years management experience
- Excited by process, learn new systems easily, and are always looking for ways to improve or optimize a flow
- Clear and concise communication, with the ability to craft thoughtful and insightful emails that highlight the value of our content
- Being flexible and adaptable invigorates you, the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
